Sheikh Dr. Abdelaziz bin Rashid Al Nuaimi

Chairman of the Board of Trustees

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi is a member of one of the ruling Royal Families in the United Arab Emirates. He is the Environment Advisor of the government of Ajman, CEO of Al-Ihsan Charity Association, founder of the Green Sheikh Academy for Environmental Leadership, and globally known as "the Green Sheikh" owed to his contributions to sustainable development and the environment.

He holds a Ph.D. in Ecosystems and Cleaner Production from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, a master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Management, a bachelor's degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, a graduate of the British Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and holds many diplomas and has many environmental and leadership studies.

He has got many creative initiatives and he is the author of many books that include: "Our Beautiful Environment", "Private and Confidential", "the Spirit of Altruism", "Fly High with Me", "Fly High with the Green Sheikh", "the Spirit of Inspiration", and his latest release "Your Summit 2019".

Dr. Thabet Al-Nabulsi

Dr. Thabet Al-Nabulsi holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration, a master's degree in Talent Development and Creativity, a Ph.D. degree in Special Education (Behavioral Modification).

Dr. Al-Nabulsi is the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Youth in Jordan. In 1995, he established Challenger Team for leadership and Human Resource Development that operates in Jordan and the neighboring Arab countries. He is also the founder of Keys for Sustainable Development.

Mr. Tareq Awad

Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees

He holds a master's degree in Banking and Investment, an advanced certificate in leadership, and he is a qualified senior in the field of Islamic Finance. He was the Director General of King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) and held several managerial and presidential positions in many financial, governmental and investment corporations. He also headed and volunteered in many initiatives and projects in non-profit organizations for over 13 years.

Sereen Abu Maizer

Sereen Abu Maizer is a leader in the field of Emotional intelligence (EQ). Sereen holds a BA in Business Administration and MIS and a higher degree in Child Education.

Dr. Manal Tahtamouni

A gynecologist and obstetrician with over 15 years of experience in managing development programs, especially health and protection programs. She held many managerial and technical positions in many of the UN organizations such as UNICEF, the World Health Organization, as well as international and national civil society organizations.

Accredited as a national and regional expert and consultant on issues related to reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence and child protection.

Dr. Nader Mohammed Al-Awadi

He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering and a doctorate in philosophy. He is the CEO of RPS Technologies. He held several managerial positions in real estate and engineering companies since 1987.

Dr. Dina Mehmedbegovic-Smith

She works as a lecturer at the Institute of Education, University of London. She is an EU registered expert in the field of Multilingualism since 2021. She is also the Governor/ Advisor of GEMS school located in Garhoud- Dubai and Al Khaleej National School.

She served as the Deputy Director of the London Education Research Unit 2009-2011, and the editor of IOE the London Digest.
